PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
#5468 is a high build, two component, tintable Urethane Primer Filler/Sealer, designed to provide excellent adhesion and film build. Productive dry times and ease of sanding coupled with the option of three Universal Activators fast, medium, and slow, makes 5468 the perfect choice for any size job.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Clean all areas to be primed with 5 Star #5900 Wax & Grease Remover to remove all surface contaminants. Featheredge and sand original finish. Surface must be clean and dry. Large bare metal, galvanized steel, and aluminum should be coated with 5 Star #5414 and #5415 Self-Etch Primer prior to applying #5468 Universal Primer.

APPLICATION:
PRIMER FILLER
Spray 2-3 medium wet coats allowing 5-10 minutes flash between coats.PRIMER SEALER
Spray 1-2 medium wet coats allowing 5-10 minutes flash time between coats.After final coat has dried for a minimum of 1 hour @ 77°F topcoat may be applied without sanding. Surface must be sanded if topcoat is not applied within 4 hours after last primer sealer coat was applied..
POT LIFE:
30 minutes-1 hour @ 77°F.

CLEAN UP:
Clean equipment immediately using spray gun cleaning solvent.SUBSTRATES:
