PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
5 Star Pro-Glass Urethane Sealant is a user friendly, fast setting (15 minutes) autoglass urethane that provides excellent strength because of its powerful adhesion to glass and metal. Pro-Cure meets all O.E.M. standards and applicable motor vehicle safety requirements (U.S. MVSS 212 & 216). Pro-Glass can also be used as a fast setting seam and joint sealer or as a high strength single component adhesive for re-applying moldings and ground effects. 

Pro-Cure may be applied with any standard manual or air driven caulking gun. Available in Black.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Although the following instructions are correct, it is also advisable if installing windshields, to please follow the car manufacturers instructions for replacing windshields.

1. Surfaces must be clean and dry in order to ensure a water tight seal.
2. Clean surface with some fast drying solvent.
3. Dry surface with heat gun, heat lamp or air.
4. For best results, apply a glass primer or pinchweld area.
5. Clean glass with high quality glass cleaner.
If using as a regular seam and joint sealer, follow the same procedures as you would with any seam and joint sealer.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:
1. Insert the cartridge into a standard manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
2. Cut the nozzle of the cartridge.
3. Using a long punch, etc., insert into the nozzle to break the seal inside the cartridge.
4. Caulk and tool the Pro-Cure Fast Glass Sealer into required area.
5. Allow to dry for at least 1 hour before painting.
6. Full dry time will vary depending on room temperature.
7. Applying heat may decrease dry time.

CLEAN-UP:
Not required.
